Hi, I’m Val.

I too was promoted with no official training. I struggled with performance, behavior, and morale challenges. Determined not to fail, I picked up every book I could find, and earned my MBA and leadership coaching & organizational culture certification. I learned about what intrinsically motivates people and turned my struggling team around.Ā 

After leaving my corporate job, I founded Executive Muse to teach small and large companies like Citrix, Facebook, and Gonzaga University the leadership skills to create highly engaged employees.Ā Ā
